Orthodox Christians Celebrate Holy Fire Ritual
Christian pilgrims packed Jerusalem's Church of the Holy Sepulchre on Saturday to celebrate an Orthodox ritual dating back more than a thousand years: the appearance of the holy fire. Worshipers lit countless candles, danced and chanted. Some poured hot wax on their faces as they passed the flame from person to person.
