She speaks with Robert Carey, a captain in the Navy Reserves and a senior fellow at the National Defense Committee, Michael Caudell-Feagan, an election analyst at the Pew Center on the States, who will be speaking at a military voting summit on Monday and Susan Dzieduszycka-Suinat, president of the Overseas Vote Foundation.
