Texas Tries To Regroup In Aftermath Of Ike
When it slammed into Texas on Saturday, Ike was a Category 2 hurricane. Though the storm is still packing high winds and rain, it has weakened to a tropical depression. So far, Ike is blamed for at least 13 deaths.
In Houston, officials have issued a 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew until Saturday. The most urgent rescue efforts are taking place in Galveston, where the hurricane came ashore.
