Federal Reserve officials meet Tuesday, and they may consider lowering interest rates in hopes of stabilizing Wall Street's fears. After Monday's heavy losses, market watchers will be hanging on the Fed's every move. David Wessel, economics editor at The Wall Street Journal, talks with Renee Montagne about the meeting and the latest developments on Wall Street.
