Legal News: Gonzales Subpoena, Padilla Trial

The House Judiciary Committee has served Attorney General Alberto Gonzales with a subpoena demanding documents relating to the firing of eight U.S. attorneys. Also, a federal judge has refused to dismiss terrorism charges against alleged al-Qaida operative Jose Padilla.
