Billionaire Warren Buffett bet on a Wall Street revival by buying a $5 billion stake in Goldman Sachs. The move may be designed to help people feel more confident in the market. Also, the FBI says it's investigating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Lehman Brothers and insurer AIG for potential mortgage fraud.
