Texas to Require Drug Tests for Young Athletes

The Texas state senate passed a bill Tuesday that would require all high school athletes to take part in mandatory steroid testing. This would be the largest such program in the country. Alex Cohen talks with Andy Todd, a Texas high school football coach, about the legislation.
