Obama Suggests Expanding Deposit Insurance

Senator Barack Obama has proposed a fix to the bailout legislation. He wants to expand federal deposit insurance for families and small businesses. Currently bank deposits are insured up to $100,000. His plan would more than double that limit to $250,000.
