How To Pay Ransom To Modern-Day Pirates

Late last month a group of Somalian pirates hijacked a ship carrying $30 million worth of arms and about 20 crew members. The pirates are still aboard and are making lofty demands. Alex Chadwick talks to Jeffrey Gettleman, Nairobi bureau chief for the New York Times, about how much this group is willing to bargain and how big a threat they pose.
