How Much Vitamin D Is Enough?

Vitamin D is important to children's health. When they don't get enough, their bones can soften, leading to deformities. The American Academy of Pediatrics has just recommended that children get more Vitamin D. Dr. Sydney Spiesel, explores the implications of the new recommendation.
