Struggling With Utility Bills
Squeezed by job losses and higher food and energy prices, an increasing number of people are having difficulty paying their gas and electric bills. Ann Thompson from member station WVXU in Cincinnati reports in many cases, services are shut off, creating new hardship for those already struggling.
