Gov. Schwarzenegger Proposes Major Cuts

In the face of a deepening statewide and national economic crisis, Calif. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced billions of dollars in budget cuts and new taxes for next year. Schwarzenegger called a special session Thursday to explain where cuts are necessary.
