12 More Years For Russia's Putin?

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has proposed changes to the constitution that could allow former president Vladamir Putin twelve more years in office. Alex Cohen talks to the Guardian's Luke Harding about the changes and what they mean for both Russia and the world.
