Women in the military are supposed to be working in support positions only, but the reality is that some of them are actually fighting in combat. The PBS documentary Lioness, airing Thursday, explores the lives of women on the front lines. Madeleine Brand talks to co-director Meg McLagan and one of the women featured in the film, Army Sgt. Ranie Ruthig.
