President-elect Barack Obama's transition team and Democratic leaders are putting together an economic stimulus program. It's designed to create more than two million jobs over the next two years. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer tells Steve Inskeep that, among other things, the plan should include ways for people to receive unemployement benefits and maintain health insurance.
