Powell to Address United Nations on Iraq

NPR's Vicky O'Hara joins host Bob Edwards to discuss what's at stake as Secretary of State Colin Powell shares declassified intelligence on Iraq with the U.N. Security Council. This could be Washington's last best shot at convincing the world body to endorse a possible US-led attack against Iraq.
