Desperate For Work, Looking Abroad
James Smith is an unemployed military veteran, who is struggling to find work after being laid off from a manufacturing plant.
Smith, who lives in Southern California, says he's willing to move all the way to Costa Rica or Dubai if it means finding steady employment.
He shares his story with Farai Chideya.
