Treasury Considers Foreclosure Plan

The Treasury is considering a plan to help people in foreclosure trouble. They may urge banks to give new mortgages at lower rates in an effort to keep people in their homes. Madeleine Brand talks to Wall Street Journal reporter Deborah Solomon, who has the details on the plan.
