Newly tested urine samples from Floyd Landis's Tour de France victory indicate the presence of banned testosterone, according to a French news report. Landis is fighting his positive drug test results from the race he won last year. The samples were re-tested at a French lab.

But Landis says that an expert witness from his legal team was barred from the lab during the testing.
