Subprime Wolves Feeding On Bailout

Many people blame the subprime mortgage crisis for the current financial crisis. BusinessWeek reports that the subprime wolves are back to feed on a new prey, the bailout. Robert Berner, co-author of the article, says the Federal Housing Authority has resumed the old practice of lending to home buyers of modest means. Madeleine Brand also talks to FHA commissioner, Brian Montgomery, who responds to the allegations.
