Fixing The Economy: Obama Gets Specific

Long before November's job numbers were released, President-elect Barack Obama had been promising to revitalize the nation's economy. In Saturday's radio address, he laid out part of his plan, including the creation of millions of jobs through investments in national infrastructure.
