Writer Mark Jordan Legan takes us through reviews of Doubt, a drama about clergy sex abuse starring Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Amy Adams, The Reader is a mystery set in post-World War II Germany and The Day the Earth Stood Still, a sci-fi thriller about an alien visitor and his giant robot, which stars Keanu Reeves, Jennifer Connelly and Kathy Bates.
