Building A Better Economic Stimulus Plan

President-elect Barack Obama is meeting with congressional leaders to discuss his plan to create jobs and provide tax relief. Russell Roberts, professor of economics at George Mason University, and Robert Reich, professor of public policy at UC Berkeley, have different takes on how to best design the plan and keep the country out of a longer, deeper recession.
