'Essence' Takes On Black Women's Health Issues
Statistics show that when it comes to health issues, black women have to worry about everything from heart conditions and diabetes to being overweight.
Armed with that data, the editors of Essence magazine decided to address those concerns in the book, The Black Woman's Guide to Healthy Living.
