Californians passed a proposition in November banning same sex marriage. But California's attorney general Jerry Brown is asking to invalidate the measure, saying constitutional rights would be violated. Alex Cohen talks to John Wildermuth, political writer for the San Francisco Chronicle, about how supporters of Proposition 8 are reacting and whether Brown's argument has a basis in law.
