In Springfield, members of the Illinois House voted to impeach Gov. Rod Blagojevich. In D.C., lawmakers agreed to seat Roland Burris in the Senate. NPR's political editor Ken Rudin covers the news from the Midwest, as well as Sen. Hillary Clinton's (D-NY) hearing on Capitol Hill. Also, Gov. Haley Barbour (R-MS), former Republican National Committee chair, discusses where he thinks his party is headed.
