GUY RAZ, HOST:

All summer long, we've been asking actors, writers and directors about the movies that they never get tired of watching, including this one from one of the stars of the TV show "Suits."

(SOUNDBITE OF MUSIC)

GABRIEL MACHT: My name is Gabriel Macht. I'm an actor. And the movie I've seen a million times is "The Rocky Horror Picture Show"...

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

UNIDENTIFIED MAN: (Singing) Michael Rennie was ill the day the earth stood still...

MACHT: ...directed by Jim Sharman and starring Tim Curry as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Susan Sarandon as Janet Weiss or Weiss, Barry Bostwick as Brad Majors, and written by Richard O'Brien who also plays the part of Riff Raff.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

UNIDENTIFIED MAN: (Singing) Science fiction...

MACHT: I grew up in New York till I was 5, and I remember going to see "Annie" and some musicals as a kid. And I remember my parents being somewhat OK with us watching "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," which, it boggles my mind that they allowed me to watch it.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

BARRY BOSTWICK: (as Brad Majors) Hey, Janet.

SUSAN SARANDON: (as Janet Weiss) Yes, Brad?

BOSTWICK: (as Brad Majors) I've got something to say.

SARANDON: (as Janet Weiss) Uh-huh.

MACHT: "Rocky Horror" is a musical with incredible lyrics about a very wholesome young couple who get a flat tire in the middle of the night, a rainy night...

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

SARANDON: (as Janet Weiss) What was the bang?

BOSTWICK: (as Brad Majors) We must have a blowout.

MACHT: ...and come upon this house where all they want to do is use their phone to get someone to pick them up. Riff Raff, you know, he opens the door...

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

RICHARD O'BRIEN: (as Riff Raff) Hello.

MACHT: And then Brad was like: Hi. I'm Brad Majors.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

BOSTWICK: (as Brad Majors) Hi. This is my fiance, Janet Weiss. I wonder if you might help us. You see, our car broke down a few miles up the road.

O'BRIEN: (as Riff Raff) I think perhaps you better both...

MACHT: Perhaps you better...

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

O'BRIEN: (as Riff Raff) ...come inside.

MACHT: ...come inside.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

SARANDON: (as Janet Weiss) You're too kind.

MACHT: I mean, I just love that moment. And then they start into "The Time Warp." I mean, that's a huge number.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

O'BRIEN: (as Riff Raff) (Singing) It's astounding. Time is fleeting. Madness takes its toll...

MACHT: And they're brought into this world of transsexuals and transvestites.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

TIM CURRY: (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter) How do you do?

MACHT: I think when Tim Curry says, come up to the lab...

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

CURRY: (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter) Come up to the lab...

MACHT: ...see what's on the slab.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

CURRY: (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter) ...and see what's on the slab. I see you shiver with...

MACHT: With anticipation.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

CURRY: (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter) ...anticipation.

RAZ: You know, he's just amazing.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

CURRY: (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter) (Singing) ...transvestite from transsexual Transylvania.

MACHT: You know, my father's an actor. And a bunch of his actor friends and writers, they'd come over to the house, and we'd always sort of bombard them with our little shows. And so my parents just got the biggest kick out of me coming in there like pretending I was Tim Curry as Frank-N-Furter, prancing around, climbing the bookcase, walking down the dining room table as like this sweet transvestite.

And, you know, a couple of years ago, someone asked me, like, why'd you become an actor? And it's because someone clapped.

(SOUNDBITE OF MOVIE, "THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW")

CURRY: (as Dr. Frank-N-Furter) (Singing) By the light of the night it'll all seem all right.

RAZ: That's actor Gabriel Macht talking about the movie that he could watch a million times, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Macht currently stars on the USA TV show "Suits."
