RENEE MONTAGNE, host:

Good morning, I'm Renee Montagne.

Since it came out 25 years ago, Michael Jackson's "Thriller" has inspired dancing zombies everywhere. Dancer Ines Markeljevic pays homage by hosting a "Thriller" dance fest last year. It set a Guiness record for largest "Thriller" dance in one spot.

This year, zombies from Ireland to China took part, setting a record for the largest simultaneous "Thriller" dance.

It's MORNING EDITION.

(Soundbite of song, "Thriller")
