Provision of Transcripts by NPR to Hearing Impaired Individuals

1. The arrangement between NPR and the requestor of the transcript is a license to print and display the transcript for the requestor’s personal, non-commercial use only.

2. The transcript provided by NPR to the requestor cannot be copied or otherwise duplicated without NPR's prior written consent.

3. You acknowledge that all service marks used in the transcript provided to you belong to NPR.

4. The content provided in the transcript is provided without warranty.

5. The license shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to its choice of law rules, and where applicable, the laws of the United States. Any disputes under this license or related to the use of the transcripts shall be litigated in the local or federal courts located in the District of Columbia and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the District of Columbia.
