I use AOL. Why hasn't my transcript arrived?

If you have not received your email as requested, it is likely that it has been caught in your AOL spam filter. There has been a huge increase in spam (unwanted email) over the past year. In response, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are increasingly using filtering systems to try and keep this spam out of your inbox. Unfortunately, these systems often accidentally filter personal email that you want to receive, not only the articles you have requested emailed, but other mail you did not order but want to receive.

To retrieve archived articles, or other emails that are "bounced back" or filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please take the following steps:

1. Go into your mail
2. Select "Mail Options"
3. Click on "Block Unwanted Mail"
4. Click to "Access Your Filter"
