Highlights:

• The Middle East still dominates the concerns of listener e-mails to the Ombudsman.
• Of those, most accuse NPR's coverage of a pro-Palestinian bias.
• As the political season approaches, more listeners ask for changes to NPR's political coverage (more liberal or more conservative).
• Some renewed concerns about underwriting and the underwriting announcements.
