Total received: 3,682 non-spam, non-form emails from Jan 12- March 31, 07
Notes:
- - There has been a noticeable increase of complaints stating NPR has a Pro Israel bias, whereas before the level of complaints for both Pro Israel and Pro Palestine were closer in number.
- - Emails concerning the ombudsman columns are specifically asking why there no longer is one, as opposed to complaints about past columns.
- - This tally only counts email, but it is generally reflective of the concerns I receive daily via phone calls and postal mail.
