Fruit Fly Sex

A new study in this week's issue of Science shows that a single gene controls all sexual behavior — heterosexual and homosexual — in male fruit flies. Males engage in an elaborate courtship dance. The female's behavior largely consists of running away. NPR's Richard Harris reports.
