Linda talks with NPR's Julie McCarthy about the reaction in Japan to the hostage situation in Peru. Julie says it's viewed in Tokyo as the worst foreign policy crisis Japan has had to deal with in years. And she says many Japanese are now wondering whether their country's reputation as a major international donor has made it vulnerable to terrorist attacks.
