1. Birmingham Sculpture More than 30 years ago, artist John Waddell completed his sculpture, "That Which Might Have Been, Birmingham, 1963." It was designed as a memorial to four African American girls, who died when the 16th Street Baptist church was bombed on September 15, 1963 in Birmingham, Alabama. The sculpture - which depicts the girls as unclothed adult women - is on display in Phoenix. Over the last few years, there's been an effort to make a second cast of the piece and place it as a memorial at the church in Birmingham. But the mother of one of the slain children, Alpha Robertson, objects to the scultpture, and, as a result, the pastor of the church, Christopher Hamlin, did not accept it. Now Birmingham's Unitarian Church is trying to see if they can accomodate the statue. Guest Host Dean Olsher speaks with all the players in the dispute.
