NPR's Linda Gradstein reports that British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook says he has been discussing the possibility of an Israeli troop withdrawal from Southern Lebanon during his current travels through the Mideast. Cook told reporters today in Beirut that Israel should follow the mandate of UN resolution 4-25, which calls for an immediate and unconditional withdrawal.
