Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Mary Kay Magistad in Beijing about Khmer Rouge leader Ta Mok (Tah Mock), who was arrested Saturday. The US and the United Nations would like to try Mok before an international tribunal. But Cambodia says it will not extradite "the Butcher," because that would override the country's constitution. The government in Phnomh Penh says Mok will stand trial in a Cambodian court.
