As the heat continues to punish most of the country, customers are demanding more and more electricity. And nuclear power plants are facing an unusual problem: they need cool water from lakes and rivers to keep operating. But as Chris Ulanowski (Yew-luh-NOW-ski) reports from member station W-R-V-O, one plant in Oswego (Oss-WEE-go), New York has been forced to cut back on its power because Lake Ontario is getting too hot.
