National Story Project This week we launch a new series "The National Story Project". The idea behind this series is that the listener will write down a TRUE story from their own life or the life of a friend or family member and send it to us. Then, the author Paul Auster will sift through the stories, chose a few, rewrite them a bit and read them aloud during our next installment of the project. The National Story Project will air on the first Saturday of every month. Listeners can email their submissions to NationalStoryProject@NPR.ORG. Or they can write to PMB 206, 123 7th Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11215.
