Africa Brain Drain

NPR's Kenneth Walker reports that many African nations suffer from the phenomenon known as brain drain. It occurs when the brightest, most educated and talented people consistently move out of their home country to resettle abroad. Brain drain impacts a nations ability to develop economically and politically over the long haul.
