Miami Reacts NPR's Debbie Elliot reports relatives of Elian Gonzales and their supporters today protested a custody ruling by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Dozens of people gathered outside INS offices in Miami and outside the Miami home of the boy's relatives to show their support for keeping the six-year-old Elian in the United States. The INS today ruled that the father, who is in Cuba, has a right to speak for his son, and the father wants the boy returned to him in Cuba.
