President Clinton has kept a hectic pace today, shuttling from the site of Middle East peace talks being held in West Virginia to the White House, where he was to discuss elements of his budget plan for fiscal year 2001. Later today, the president was to fly to New York, where he and first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton were to spend the night in their new home in suburban Chappaqua. NPR's Mara Liasson reports.
