Now, the US Department of Agriculture is finally lifting certain restrictions on pork, including mortadella, the traditional pork sausage of Bologna. Linda speaks with Sal Auriemma (OR-ee-EH-ma), the owner of Claudio's Cheese Shop in Philadelphia, who plans to begin importing mortadella again as soon as possible. He says American-made bologna pales in comparison with real Italian mortadella.
