Giuliani Out After weeks of indecision, New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani finally announced today that he will not run against Hillary Rodham Clinton for the United States Senate. The announcement, coming in the light of Giuliani's disclosure of prostate cancer and a marriage coming to an end, was not completely unexpected.
