Haitians go to the polls on Sunday in a rerun of elections aborted three years ago. Voters on the troubled island have faced many obstacles including violence and political in-fighting. Logistical concerns weigh in heavily tomorrow as Haitians also prepare to choose from a field of 29 thousand candidates for parliament and local office. NPR's Gerry Hadden reports from Port-Au-Prince.
