NPR's Sarah Chayes reports from Belgrade on the growing popularity of a new student opposition movement called "Otpor," or "Resistance." Young people organized the movement out of frustration with Serbia's opposition political parties, which have failed to devise an effective protest strategy against Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic. Otpor is calling for a campaign of civil disobedience. The government has labeled Otpor a terrorist organization and has detained scores of activists.
