In a close vote, Northern Ireland's Protestant Unionist party agreed to re-join a suspended power-sharing government with Sinn Fein. The joint government will take effect at midnight, Monday. Sinn Fein, the political wing of the IRA, offered to make some of its arms depots open to regular inspection, on the way to full decommissioning. From Belfast, NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
