D.U.I. Proposal The federal transportation bill just signed into law says that states must adopt a 0.08 blood-alcohol level as their legal standard for D.U.I. or they'll lose federal highway funds. But a number of state lawmakers across the country aren't happy with this mandate. They see this is an issue of states rights and in Wyoming the legislature may even be prepared to lose the federal dollars to make a point. From Wyoming Public Radio, Aaron Alpern reports.
