NPR's Lawrence Sheets in northern Afghanistan reports on the condition of some 3,000 Taliban soldiers, most of them Pakistanis, were captured by Northern Alliance troops. Some were transferred to the U.S. prison facility at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.
