Afghanistan Reconstruction

Robert Siegel talks with Martha Brill Olcott, a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She says Afghanistan bears similarities to several past rebuilding efforts. There is the level of international concern that there was in Bosnia. There are the challenges of warlords that were also presented in Somalia. But she says there are a number of assets that Afghanistan can draw on to help rebuild, including the expatriate community.
